Sustainability Attestations and/or Self-Declarations

Mahoney Environmental Solutions, LLC (Mahoney) collects and refines used cooking oil and grease trap material into raw materials for new products, including renewable diesel and sustainable aviation fuel.

To meet the requirements of certain low carbon fuel programs and sustainability certifications, our customer contracts include attestations and/or self-declarations confirming that waste feedstocks used to produce renewable and low-carbon fuels comply with applicable regulations. Customers may object within 14 days of receiving notice. If no objection is received in that time, the attestation and/or self-declaration are deemed accepted.
